Horrible experience. My son was a patient of Dr. Runyon, who retired and now these clowns took over. When my son outgrew his foot inserts, we went back on October 20th, 2025. I really have no oppinion of the doctor, he examined him, took x-rays, used a phone app to scan his feet and order new inserts. We paid $430 for them and were told that they would arrive within a couple of weeks. That went by, I called and kept getting excuses. TLDR: this office has no idea what’s going on. I was told to arrive 15 minutes before my 8:30 appointment. They don’t even open until 8:30. Okay- fine. I get into the office. The young lady at the front- sweet but insanely lost. The doctor has all the jobs he’s had as an MD on the wall. This office makes his 22nd place of employment. Weird flex.
