As a new patient, I left my appointment feeling disappointed and uncomfortable. From the beginning of the visit, I felt judged when Dr. Herrera questioned my background and last name because I do not speak Spanish. While I am Hispanic, that does not mean I am comfortable discussing my medical concerns in Spanish. Since we are in an English-speaking medical setting, I felt uncomfortable with the way the conversation was approached and left with the impression that my preference to communicate in English was viewed negatively.... read more
Very professional. Very clean. Doctor knew exactly what to do and handled immediately. Had me order extra items from drugstore and explained how to use daily. Suggested a followup visit in 3 weeks if problem still existed. So far...So good.
Great doctor. Very straight forward and honest. Looks like ive been misdiagnosed all these years! We need more doctors like him
