Duane and Robert came to do damage control after a water leak. They were anxious to help and make sure it was done right. They later came to clean the carpets and did the best job of anyone who had previously done them. Amanda oversaw the moving of furniture etc and was always immediately responsive. We certainly recommend Scott and Certified Disaster Services. We are still tying up loose ends, but we have been happy with the way they have worked with us and our insurance agency. Duane, Brennan Mike and Robert rescued us from a water leak disaster. They arrived promptly and worked efficiently, removing baseboards, carpet padding and moving all our furniture and belongings out of the way, methodically and carefully. They have quite a system that turned out disaster into a blip on the radar!! They are very kind, thoughtful and skilled professionals. We highly recommend them!

Would choose zero stars if it was an option. Got recommended this company by my insurance after a different company went out of business and couldn’t complete the reflooring job in my basement after almost a year of begging them to just do what they said they would. After getting ahold of certified disaster, they came out to inspect what still needed to be done, we then scheduled for them to come out June 3rd to start the work. We had a leak in the upstairs drain of our home and the water damaged down the wall and into the basement. Found some mold as well in the plywood behind the wet drywall. Our insurance got us involved with Certified Disaster Services. From the start they understood our needs and started making plans to make the process smooth and effective for us. Mike did the drywall repair on the ceiling of my garage and did an amazing job. His mudding and texturing were so perfect that you cannot tell where the patch is. He is a master artisan. Thank you so much!!
