Fantastic first appointment! Front desk was such a breath of fresh air and a pleasure to talk to! They got me in same day and treatment same day as a new patient after leaving another office in tears and being treated horribly. Dr. Elias was knowledgeable, kind and took the time to discuss my concerns. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a good dermatologist to check them out!
My experience with Certified Dermatologists has been excellent so far. Dr. Elias is clearly a knowledgeable and competent doctor. It is clear to me that he really cares for his patients, and he takes his profession very seriously. I was not satisfied with my experience here. In my opinion, the level of care and professionalism did not meet expectations. I would not recommend this place based on my visit :(
