I do not recommend going to this place at all. I put my car in to get a simple bumper fix and they had told me it would only take a week. I get no phone calls or updates so I go ahead and call them, they tell me that “there was another camry of the same model and color so yours won’t be ready for another 3 week, sorry for the miscommunication” which is ridiculous. Dropped off an infinity qx 60 with rear damage n busted window , & I APPRECIATE THE COMMUNICATION From the whole TEAM AND TIME SPENT REPAIRING MY VEHICLE , I recommend them to anyone reading these reviews for reassurance ! Peace of mind and job well done

Got into a car accident in November 2023 and Galt certified Collision Center had my car for six months and there were many things still wrong with it. I never would hear back from them when I could bring it in so I took it to the Lodi Certified Collision Center and Anthony Torres took care of everything. My car is back to normal beautiful looks brand new. I appreciate it. Thank you so much. You guys did a great job. I recommend Lodi Certified Collision Center

First of all the manager was very professional and friendly people skills but, come down to my car getting repaired and work on very unsatisfied.The labor and time they put in my car was very not accurate. They end up holding my car for another 2 weeks after the 4 or 5 weeks promise labor and no update phone call only when I call them about my car update and when it's ready to pick up.When I finally got my car back man this is very unprofessional there were car parts missing and parts not properly put in back together and al... read more
