I haven't gotten a part for my car ,and its been 2 years,also I didnt like how they handled my car
I brought my vehicle in to have the bumper replaced. The shop confirmed they had all the necessary parts, and the process was going smoothly at first. Then I received a call saying my car was ready — but I couldn’t pick it up because the windshield had cracked while the shop was test-driving it. I told them that since the damage occurred while the vehicle was in their possession, they should be responsible for replacing it. I do not recommend going to this place at all. I put my car in to get a simple bumper fix and they had told me it would only take a week. I get no phone calls or updates so I go ahead and call them, they tell me that “there was another camry of the same model and color so yours won’t be ready for another 3 week, sorry for the miscommunication” which is ridiculous. Got into a car accident in November 2023 and Galt certified Collision Center had my car for six months and there were many things still wrong with it. I never would hear back from them when I could bring it in so I took it to the Lodi Certified Collision Center and Anthony Torres took care of everything. My car is back to normal beautiful looks brand new. I appreciate it. Thank you so much. You guys did a great job. I recommend Lodi Certified Collision Center
