I Had purchased a car from Certified Clean Cars in Phoenix. I brought it back the next day as there was problems with the air conditioner. They said they fixed it but again was having problems. They wouldn’t take it back either. They replaced the serpentine belt and the air/heat still wouldn’t work right. After the 6th time, took it To Subaru to have it have it diagnosed. Amazing experience! The owner and the salesman are very kind and personable! I’m absolutely in love with my new Ford Fusion from them! They made sure to go the extra mile with preparing it for me, it was sparkling clean and the owner and a salesman were out there sitting on the ground cleaning the rims for me before I drove away! Excellent service.
I was a little concerned given the area, but holy shit. I took my 2014 Ram 1500 in there today for a full detailing and when they got done it was unbelievable. My truck didn’t even look this good when I bought brand new off the lot. My truck had been neglected recently. Lots of dog hair and sunflower seeds. They scrubbed the carpet, waxed everything, buffed out the scratches, and even scrubbed down my engine and bed liner. Seriously people, go to this place.

Don’t always believe every review. Some people due to their circumstances can not be helped and take it out on the dealer. This dealer I have know for over 30 years and he is one of the best.
