I was in need of a professional carpet cleaner.... I have no regrets about hiring Lance and his helper Nick. Lance was prompt, courteous and professional. My 2 area rugs and carpet look fantastic. Only sorry I didnt call him sooner.

I had Lance come clean the carpet in my living room, master bedroom and a set of stairs. First of all he was very flexible in scheduling the appointment and agreed to come at a time that was convenient for me. I had some pretty nasty stains in the living room carpet, he tried a few different methods/sprays to get the stains out, because he wasn't satisfied with how it looked after his initial attempt at getting the stains out. After the carpet dried the next day, all of the areas that he cleaned looked like brand new carpet.... read more
