We bought our truck 3 years ago from here. We've never had any issues with it and we love it! We always bring it back for the oil changes and inspection. Today they noticed a problem that we didn't and said it was still under warranty and also looked up the recalls and are also getting those taken care of. They've always been good to us and we appreciate their honesty and loyalty.
My husband and I have been customers of Certified Auto for 8+ years. We love dealing with Jeff, and Mark, and all the guys there. We have had always had good luck with our vehicles and we were always treated with respect and all recalls on any of the vehicles were handled by them in a timely matter. We will be dealing with them pretty soon again.
Drove in the driveway just looking at trucks and next thing I know I'm driving away with a truck and a car. We can not say enough about Mark and all the staff that we interacted with including Jeff. Yes there a few very minor things with both vehicles that needed attention and it was given with respect and a smile. Very pleased so far I will surely stay that way. First class place for us. My husband n I were really glad we found a car dealer. They went up n beyond to help us out. But yesterday I had to take my car in for service n it was a wasted trip. Yes I need brakes n rotors in the bck n brakes in the front n a new battery n wanted to charge us $700 for all. They know that we r on a limited income. So they didn't do the work because they don't take payments now. We have always made payments with them n payments were always pd.
Cody Hall was very helpful in the whole process of my purchase. I had gone to other dealers prior to Certified Auto and the salespeople where to busy to help. Cody was there to help as soon as I arrived. He listened to what I wanted in a vehicle and my preferences. Had a very good car buying experience. Thanks Cody .
