RecommendedToday went from a bad day to a good day and it’s all thanks to Leo. Leo is one of the tow drivers and he was such a nice humble person; his positive energy radiated upon arrival. I was grateful to have experienced such phenomenal customer service today. He accompanied me to my mechanic and made sure I was helped. 5/5!! Thank you once again !!
Had a great experience today with their tow service that I had to share. The driver Leo did the best job I've seen in a really long time. I'm usually nervous when anyone touches my cars but Leo made me feel comfortable right from the start. Since I wasn't able to follow him to the shop I told him to take care of my baby and he went way above and beyond by taking pics of the car once he dropped it off at my mechanics shop. Being pregnant, and an essential worker is scary to begin with, throw in a flat tire once you arrive to work and my regular service center being closed I reached out to Certified to see if they could help. They showed up in less than an hour time (it’s about a 45 mins drive from their shop). They made it so stress free and painless. I can’t thank them enough! With Dominic and Matt, my car experience was not just easy, it was up front, personalized, smooth and genuine! They were friendly, answered all my questions and handled all my paperwork timely but explained every detail so that I can understand everything very well! I thought it would be stressful, but they did an excellent job making the process not just comfortable but at times fun! I'm enjoying my car!! Thanks guys! I'll be back for coffee soon! 🙂
