Unhelpful customer service in assisting an interested person (me) who needs their help actually becoming a customer (def not me anymore). Zero effort in trying to make me a customer on even the first call. Could use a more proactive approach to providing people info on screening calls

I was distressed when I found out that my washing machine was not starting. My children needed their school uniforms the next day and they haven’t been washed. I work out often to break a sweat but I didn’t expect that my refrigerator would do the same. Great job, Certified Appliance Repair Jersey City! I asked them to repair my refrigerator that was not getting cold at all. The technician was at my house in an hour, and he finished the repair quickly. I was happy that the refrigerator was back to normal, and I didn’t have to pay so much.
