This place is a joke. Nothing like having the reception lie to you and bullshit so they can get you back into the office just for med refills. After I had spoken to someone that I wasn’t able to walk after a spinal surgery. And they said to call back when my recovery was over. Today they just cut me off my meds and lied and said it was two years ago. No girl, you can’t count. It was a year ago. Go somewhere else. The attitude from staff is comical.
After being a patient at a large 'allergy business,' the care, concern, and positive energy I experienced at Certified Allergy & Asthma was remarkable. I was so impressed and know I am fortunate to switch to a practice that feels genuine, not like a factory. I would give 1000 stars if I could. If you feel like you are just a number, especially with a dollar sign before it, heed my advice. My son has been having random allergic reactions. I took him to the e.r. They requested he take a skin test. I was given this consultant by my son’s primary doctor office. I called on 8-6-2025 around 4:30 pm. I was told I couldn’t make an appointment at the time because I did not have my insurance information on hand. I called my insurance agency to get the proper information. Dr osur is great with both of my children
The two nurses today are so unprofessional! While I was leaving after getting my shot, the one nurse turned to the other and said I was rude for coming in late. I checked in at 11:50, and they stop doing shots at 12!! It is ridiculous that they felt comfortable talking like that with customers around.
