I had an exceptionally poor experience at Certified Allergy & Asthma Consultants with Dr. Michael Katlan. I attended this visit while actively treating Lyme disease and experiencing hives from my medication. Because I am also allergic to the first option for treating Lyme (doxycycline), I was feeling anxious and overwhelmed, hoping for clarity about what treatment options remained safe for me. Dr. Bundy is caring and professional. He take the time to listen and even came back to check on me when I was getting testing. He definitely cares to help you with your problems and concerns. The nurses in the testing lab were very professional and I appreciate all of their hard work.
I've been going here since 1990, when they were on Hackett Blvd. Over 30 years. I would say the quality of care is good. They are very strict to established protocols. On average that's a good thing. Other times it makes you want to run for the hills. I would offer details but that would identify me. In terms of efficient set up for desensitization injections they're hard to beat. Dr. Relan is who you want if you have a complex / rare health background. She is so patient, and has creative suggestions and solutions.
Dr, Jungles and staff were very professional and kept our daughter at ease during her allergy testing. They answered our questions and explained the test and results to us. The waiting room is pleasant and the office easy to travel to.
