I originally was with Capital Security that was purchased by this company. We have been with this co since 2017 when we built our house. We are moving out of the area and they are now telling us we are under contract til 2025 because they upgraded in 2022. We didn’t ask for upgrade they required it. Our option is to move contract to new house. It’s in Bluffton SC. They won’t service us there This company is crooks. Next stop BBB and good attorney
I first developed a relationship with Certified Alarms when I relocated to Baton Rouge in 2005 as a result of Hurricane Katrina. At my age, I needed to feel safe in my apartment, and that's when I contacted several companies. But I felt that Certified Alarms would better meet my needs. We have had this company for 4 years now and have had nothing but excellent service and professionalism with every interaction. I was happy to renew my contract with them this week for another 3 years. I appreciate their responsiveness as well. I highly recommend this company and their monitoring services.
