RecommendedLATECH is privately woman owned company and treats employees with much respect. We are more of a family and when not making sales the company gets together for fun outings. Its great to work for a company that strives on leveling up.

I used to work at LaTech and they treated me like absolute garbage. I finished a job that was supposed to take 2 months in under a month and they stopped giving bonuses for finishing a job early while I was running my first job to prove that I had what it takes to be a lead technician. They showed me how much they don't appreciate hard work by not giving me and my partner the bonus we earned, but they didn't give me the position I deserved and followed it up by treating me like I wasn't really worth their time of day. Everything. It is an entirely dishonest company. They owe us vast sums they will not return. Unprofessional, incompetent. Better at image than reality.
