Company had us on 2 contracts ending at different times. When one service agreement ends, the other service does not work. But they want us to buy out First agreement with video surveillance cameras ends May 1st. We terminated that agreement. Second agreement for doorbell camera ends May1st 2022. It does not work without the first agreement. This was not disclosed to us in the beginning. The company wants us to buy out the second agreement and penalize us. I've been with this company for approximately 15 years. My last encounter with them was unfavorable. The technician was awesome and very friendly. She really worked hard to get my system ready to be reconnected. I mistakenly cancelled the wrong security company is the reason for the reconnect. She was threaten to be fired for returning to fix my issues. No one called to let me know I would not be reconnected. I called the office and couldn't speak to the lady I had been dealing with. Thought I would take the time to give my hearty recommendation to anyone looking for an alarm company. Certified has been my one and only alarm company going on 20 years. They are reasonably priced, have great customer service and excellent monitoring. They saved me from a break-in several years back because the alarm scared off the burglar and the sheriffs deputy was dispatched promptly. That criminal is now serving time in prison.
