STAY AWAY FROM THE ISLAND PALMS!!!!!! HORRIBLE customer service! Renters beware, AMBER the "assistant manager" is clearly miserable working in the office as she picks up the phone with a chip on her shoulder! Don't dare ask for anything because doing her job is a nuisance (her words not mine!! I apologize for calling and interrupting her day, I sure hope the next rental thinks twice because I could not imagine being stuck with this type of customer service for any lease term!!!
The Polo Club Apartments of Mesa Arizona is the worst place I have ever lived in. They do not give a rats behind about the issues of paying renters and are extremely slow and lazy to get anything done for anyone who lives here. When you address an issue about a neighbor, they never fix the problem. A neighbor vandalized my car multiple times. Also the neighbors "non resident" family took up all the free parking spaces. Villas at camelback crossing are the worst apt complex I ever lived in in my 51 yrs of life. Moved into a 3 bedroom with the lowest grade carpet ever that you can eel the boards underneath it. Have had all kinds of bugs from roaches to weavels to their bugs. Have been here for not even a year and they have sprayed 6 times and still have them.
