The CertaPro Painters did an absolutely meticulous job preparing and painting the exterior of my two-story house. The estimators showed up exactly on time and gave me a firm quote before they left. A few days before the job started one of their team came out right on schedule to help me pick out the colors. My house also needed some minor repairs before they could paint some areas. This is the third property CertaPro has painted for us. Ed came out to give an estimate on a paint job for my parent’s house. He was extremely patient with my mom who had a lot of questions. He was also very quick to respond to emails with follow up questions. He went the extra mile by coming back to help choose paint colors. Not bad, but also not great. I would give the job a solid B. I would not rehire CertaPro. When you pay as much they charge, one hopes for an A. Some things were great, some needed improvement. I was pleased with the overall effect. Their ability to repair walls before painting, and for recommending the right kind of paint for the purpose was outstanding. Chose CertaPro to paint the front and back of our house after seeing the great job they did on our neighbor's. Their estimating process was easy and quick and they even offered us a discount for doing the job in January, when winter rains mean it might take longer to finish the job. While they are not "color consultants," they provided helpful, clarifying direction on our choices. The exterior house painting was done two years ago. I waited to see how the paint would hold up, and it has been perfect. There was a lot of ground in dirt on the house to begin with, and the crew sanded it off before painting. We asked for the emerald paint which was advertised as allowing rain to wash the dirt right off, and that has proven to be the case.
