Estefano and Daniel personally reviewed the job and quickly called the team back to clean up small finishing touches without our need to identify the items. Very professional painting team, very happy with the results.
Excellent work, service and professionalism.
After paying them $6400. I was very disappointed in the work done. I asked the representative if they did miner stucco repair and he replied **Yes**. The stucco repair was very poorly done They were very sloppy and late on completion of the job. After I called them back to complain about the problems it took them 4 weeks to come back. After they came back to fix some of the problems I still find discrepancies, but I will not call them back. Getting an estimate was fast and easy. Once the project began and I had questions, the Project Manager would respond promptly. I love that they use Sherwin Williams paint and their price for the quality (including warranty) is fair. Painters were efficient and the end result was BEAUTIFUL!! All my requests and expectations were met. A couple neighbors painted their homes using CertaPro soon after so it made our street better looking, too!
I had no problems with the CertaPro Representative, but their Paint contractor did not prep the surfaces before painting. I can see my old paint in spots here and there. Sorry, I would not hire again or recommend it.
RecommendedThe owner George has been incredible to work with. We had some issues with the original work performed and George worked hard to ensure the the job was correct and that I was a satisfied customer. Would recommend to friends because of George’s care for his customers.
They provided the service with very good attention to detail. Willing to satisfy my request to my eyes for small missed areas of paint. Team of 3 worked very well together.
