By far Ted and Janette were the most pleasurable part of my home building and buying experience. Ted and Jannette answered the phone Every time , and every question answered. Ted and Janette were very professional at ALL times, keeping me aware of everything that was happening. Whenever I had any questions they were always available to answer. This was my first home purchase, I didn’t know much about the process and Ted made it super easy to understand the things I had questions about.
