My partner and I went in over 3 weeks ago for an appointment to look at wedding rings. The receptionist was welcoming. There was not much on display that would make a set with my engagement ring which was also purchased here, so we needed to discuss a custom design. The consultant was not friendly or warm at all, they were unhelpful and difficult to get information from. At the end of the consult, they said they would send us a quote and confirmed our contact information - we still haven't received the quote.
