I checked in at 9am for a 1pm pick up. They tell me that they're running behind schedule so just wait in my truck for them to call me. 1pm rolls around no one has called. I go to check on the load they tell me the load has been cancelled. I ask them why and they say they were running behind schedule so 4 loads got pushed back until tomorrow. Long wait 4/5 hours
They open up at 9am. It don't matter when you have apoitment as long as you are first in line to check in. They take deliveries at both sides shipping/receiving. It depends on the product you carry. Most likely finished goods are going to shipping side and its more docks than receiving side that has only 2 docks. Overnight parking ✅️ 2 stars for plenty of parking and nice staff. My advice.... if you can avoid this place!!!
