Easy move and easy access
Cerrillos Self Storage is apparently under new ownership. They raised my storage units by $76 without notifying me. If my rate is going to be changed, give me a heads up ,don’t just take more money out of my account. There used to be a corporate office and I am trying to find that number. Cerrillos SS refused to give me the number. Online information says that they are owned by Public Storage. However, they couldn’t find my account. Horrible service. This is not a local business as someone previously claimed. It is owned and operated by new ownership who does not live here. They switched management companies and it has been a total crap show ever since. Lost my autopay information and then tried to charge me a late fee for their mistake. Wouldn’t take any accountability for their mistakes. Super greedy and unprofessional. The people in the front office can barely put a sentence together that doesn’t immediately contradict itself.
Absolutely love this place. Location, easy in and out, the customer service. Clean, secure, quiet. Best storage facility in Santa Fe by far.
Cerrillos Self Storage is the best in town. Great location, accessibility, and hours. Marcos and Izael are friendly, helpful, and very responsive. Entire facility is secure and very well maintained.
