Dr. Cerfolio is top in her field with a diversity in allopathic medicine as well as her skills as a psychotherapist. She retains working relationships with other top physicians in various fields which if needed augment her treatment plan allowing both body and mind to be treated as a complete whole. She is a caring compassionate person dedicated to leading her patients through the healing process.

Dr. Cerfolio addresses mind, body and soul with expertise, knowledge and compassion. I felt seen for the first time ,without judgment, which made it easier to accept my treatment plan. Dr. Cerfolio also administers medication conservatively , which works well for my constitution. I wholeheartedly recommend her for assessment, treatment, and therapy.

When I began working with Nina I was completely phobic regarding the drugs that could possibly help my depression (what if they made things worse). With patience and encouragement offered in a compassionate and altogether rational approach she brought me through this challenge and basically cured my depression. That was 1994. She has subsequently been there for me over the years when I needed adjustments or just perspective on life's other challenges. She gives excellent perspective.
