Have a huge problem with this company. We never set up a contract with them. We never asked for the tank to be filled. But you randomly showed up and filled the tank that was on the property we bought and gave us a bill. The furnace in the house doesn't work, but you yourself decided we needed a fill up so you could make money. If I randomly decided you needed a roof redone on your business just because I'd previously roofed that building before, would you then have no choice but to pay as you are trying to do to us?
