Ceremony’s vibes are unmatched, obviously, but what really makes the salon so amazing (imo) is how incredibly knowledgeable the owner, Amelia, is. The first time I went to her, I knew I wanted my curls to be maximized but beyond that, I had no idea what I wanted and didn’t bring inspiration pictures or anything (which I’m sure is annoying when it’s a first time client, so sorry about that, Amelia!). Shanley—the damage you caused to my friend. Gave her an unsolicited wolf cut. She had beautiful long locks and you took creative liberty when that was not the instruction. The fact that you had no remorse when you left my friend with a botched haircut that is going to take a year to grow out. Had your reviews been honest, perhaps she would have never booked the appointment and this could have been avoided and my friend would still have her full waist-length mane. Updating - I have now been going to Ceremony salon for 3 years. The quality continues to be top notch, the experience is so peaceful and relaxing. I rarely get my hair cut because life but it also isn’t necessary because of the absolute quality of the cut I receive from Amelia. The fact that a textured micro bob can grow out perfectly over a year without needing a touch up is a testament to the work and knowledge that is poured into the hair. Shanley is an absolute artist and expert stylist! Ive loved every cut she’s given me. The over all vibe of the salon is the cherry on top, and is such a fun space to be in.
