I had plastic sugery, a day before valetines day. Unexpected,sugery went ok but I had to deal with a lot of tears. I still cry when I think about it. But im glad everything went well and safe. I appericate everything the hospital have helped me through
Quick service nice people working there. My reason for only 3 ☆'s is because I had a scheduled appt for over a month for my son and my appt was canceled & re-booked without my knowledge & they didnt even reach out to let me know anything or to ask if the day of the new appt would work for me or not.
Love is place great service and they care for the children
Overpromising and underdelivering is the name of the game at UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital. Every nurse offers extra drugs or treats for my child that are not followed up on. We were offered Ativan or morphine immediately and I kept agreeing and asking for what was offered, to have it walked back by another nurse. Perhaps parents need the Ativan more because the howls of sick children getting treatment fill the halls.
