It doesn’t matter even when you come to your appointment early, on time or late. You will wait at least an hour for the doctor to show up. Often they stick you in a room with a toddler and make you wait for over 30 min with no one checking in. Atrocious

I just want to say thank you to all of the nurses, doctors, and staff at Children’s Hospital Oakland who poured so much love, care, and support into my son after his drowning accident. The treatment, compassion, and reassurance you gave our family during such a scary time meant more than words can explain. You all did an amazing job, and I will forever be grateful for everything you did for my son.

As a security representative at a children's hospital, staff should show compassion, patience, and empathy toward patients and their families. The lack of professionalism and understanding shown was disappointing and did not reflect the level of care and support families should expect. While many of us acknowledge policies are important, they should be enforced with kindness, respect, and empathy, especially when families are going through difficult and emotional situations.

MIs-diagnosed my 2yr old special needs child had bumps in the genital area . Gave wrong medication - which made it even worse. - Dr. Justin Willams gave a steroid and anti fungal that caused bumps to bleed. - We went next week - and another doctor said it’s not fungal but bacterial - that spread it even more. -Have been trying to reach dermatologist for past whole week but they say they will call back but never do. - Today I went to the ER .waited for 3 hours The doctors on call could not tell.
