I was reading a post where someone said they have seen mice. I have never seen not one mouse since I have lived here and I have been here since 11/2012. The only true problem with Cerano is the parking. It's too tight and I don't like the parking according to your sticker. Other than that I have had no complaints.
True, they have made so many changes to parking, every time making it more inconvenient. Hiring a towing company is the worst they can do. A company that will tow without any warning or tickets. Recently they changed the starting position of parking for each floor and never informed. It was very easy to miss the colored pillars since we were not looking for the changes. No my car was not towed, but the thought that some day I might make a small mistake, that might result in my car being towed, stresses me out.
Horrible place to live! I can't wait for my lease to end! Do not rent here!
What happening with the Parking at Cerano...!!! Its been a nightmare- Cars got towed without any warning notices. I think we should atleast get couple of warnings before getting towed. Is this resident friendly act or not? Please comment. I think there is a real parking design flaw at the apartment- The management is trying to cover it up moving the pain to residents.
