She’s the most Amazing Dr my daughter has been here for almost 7 years! We love her
Dr. Cepero is AMAZING! she truly cares for her patients and treats us like family. She's very kind and patient with first time moms like me, who always have a million questions and concerns. I would never switch to another pediatrician. Her staff is caring and professional too. My only complaint is that we always have to wait at least 40 minutes to see her (her office is always packed!, which is a sign that she's a good Dr), but other than that, I love her!
Love this dr and her staff. I drive from north port. Totally worth driving to sve a good dr for my new baby
Have had the pleasure of calling Dr Cepero my kids pediatrician for almost 9 years. She is a very kind and loving person who really cares about her patients and their all around well being. From having a newborn and not knowing much about babies lol... to having a child who is sick or having a hard time with school she has always made time to talk and assure that I left her office with answers. I have and will always recommend her to anyone who is looking for one of the best doctors!
I never scheduled an appointment here because the receptionist was very rude. I would not recommend this office

We are always working on improving our quality of care and as a part of that, we have monthly meetings to educate our staff as well as we address any behavior or performance that it is not to the standard of care. We are a compassionate practice, unfortunately isolated events may happen but don't accept them. Since this post there have been some positive changes to our front staff. Doctor Cepero is a wonderful Doctor. Treats us like we are family and my concerns are her concerns when it comes to our children! Thank you Doctor Cepero for all you do for our family
Dr Cepero has been our pediatrician for 6 years. She is absolutely amazing! She takes her time to answer questions. Her exam is thorough. She cares about her patients and parents. I feel confident Everytime I leave the office. She has a very low to no turnover rate with staff. Everytime I call the office, I get prompt return calls without fail. I'm notified of lab and test results as they come in. My daughter loves Dr Cepero and I do too! She's the BEST! I
