This place DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE TENANTS! Our fire doors are closed previous caretaker removed the magnets it is so hot and there's no air flow in the hallway at all. I'm on the second floor and to top it off they nailed our window shut so if there was a fire down on the bottom floor we won't be able to escape. Which I believe both the doors and windows need to be in working order by law. I have begged and pleaded with management to fix this for about 6 months or more now and get no response. CEPCO is all about they money ! They dont care if actual tenents pay rent and let others run their place .mind you leaving a manager in charge but not giving the power to push people out . living here with guests that are disrespectful to others who have kids and think its ok to party and stay loud . keep traffic coming amd going day and night. With mutiple complaints from own manager to us renters .. A month of this and still nothing gets done.. I guess u get what u pay for with them

CEPCO does care about its tenants and we are aware of the situation as well as is law enforcement. It is not always simple and straight forward on what actions can be taken and it can take time. Please be assured that we have taken steps to address the matter and the party's lease in question, is in the process of being terminated.

formally lived at one of Cepco's managed properties. I am writing this review so that other people don't get took advantage of the they way I was. This all boils down to my security deposit which was absorbed by Cepco all $156.00 and you know what they had the nerve to charge me and additional $108.31 for cleaning charges that were not very fair at all yes I admit the apartment wasen't immaculate but to be honest It was not any better when I moved in.
