My XC-70 overheated at 8:15 AM on a Friday before a holiday weekend. Had to get it towed to Century for repair (shout out to Volvo Roadside Assistance and JNS towing for an impressive 20 minute response time!). We weren’t expecting it to be ready for a week and planned to get a rental. Not only was a rental not needed, it was done by the end of the day! Thanks so much, Century, for fitting us in and getting us back on the road the same day!!’
Century Volvo Service Center is reliable and thorough. They did a same-day inspection and repair, which was so convenient. A little pricey, but that’s expected with a luxury car, and the quality of service is worth it.
I didn't have a great experience when I first purchased the car. Oren the Sales Manager, was really helpful looking into details regarding service recommendations from my local dealership that weren't necessary for the car I just purchased from them.
I took my SUV to diagnose an issue. While I decided not to have the repair, they did not charge, nor pressure, and even washed my vehicle! Class establishment!
