This might be the single worst real estate office I have ever seen. Last week an agent showed my unit and left without locking my front door then lied and said he did. Another agent tried to sell me a condo without disclosing Mold all throughout the unit! - stay far away from this office is my advise
Len Rutstein was probably the worst real estate agent we have ever dealt with. He led us on for 2 years trying to sell an over 55 condo and may have shown the unit a handful of times. When a new broker took over we were told that the unit was dark since bulbs needed replacement, the unit needed cleaning and closet doors were not on tracks. He never told us about any of these issues and since we are from out of state never knew there were problems. Avoid this agency at all costs.
