Len Rutstein was probably the worst real estate agent we have ever dealt with. He led us on for 2 years trying to sell an over 55 condo and may have shown the unit a handful of times. When a new broker took over we were told that the unit was dark since bulbs needed replacement, the unit needed cleaning and closet doors were not on tracks.
