The recent project Patrick R. supervised in my home was outstanding. Tryon Place just completed a major repair from water damage in my unit. The response time to assess the damage, determine the scope of work and execute was fast and the workmanship was excellent. Patrick checked the work at the completion of each phase. Bravo to Patrick R, Maintenance Supervisor, Caroline, Tryon Place Manager and the team.
Patrick does a great job, he’s always right on top of any issue. Very happy with the maintenance at Tryon Place.
Patrick and Cody on the maintenance team promptly fix any issues in our apartment and are very kind, as are the members of the office staff! We thoroughly enjoy living at Tryon Place Apartments!
