As a corporate housing company, we collaborate with many communities, and we recently encountered an issue with a dryer in one of our units. Patrick demonstrated exceptional communication skills throughout the process, even when delivering less-than-ideal news. Ultimately, a new stackable unit was installed, and everything was resolved to everyone’s satisfaction.
I gave 1 star because there is no 0 stars option provided. If you want to sit and relax, find hassle free apartments. I had no maintenance issues with Meridian at Ten Ten in Apex for about three years. Tryonplace has a lot of maintenance issues I had to handle with for about one year. At least 10 issues. Broken trash can(when I moved in), toilet, noisy fridge, Bathroom sink stopper, broken A/C motor.. The worst part was my AC was not repaired for two days.
We've been living at Tryon Place for 8 years, which just about says it all. The location couldn't be better, the property is kept impeccable, prices are comparable to other complexes, maybe better, and our apartment layout is outstanding. The current staff is the best we've had and that's saying a lot as we've always had good people running the complex.
