I’ve lived here for 5 years and I honestly can say that I wouldn’t recommend living here. This development has terrible amenities, atrocious management, and horrible appliances. A few years ago, I got reprimanded for taking ice from the clubhouse which is absolutely ridiculous. The management at this development only cares about making money; residents have never been a priority to them. Therefore, I’d stay away from this place as far as possible!!!
The staff are fantastic and very helpful. I love this place!
Patrick Rigo, Service Supervisor for Tryon Place Apartments, was absolutely outstanding! He arrived right on time with a positive attitude and immediately got to work. Patrick efficiently diagnosed the issue, located the correct parts, and completed the repair promptly. He even cleaned up thoroughly, leaving my kitchen and refrigerator in better condition than when he arrived. Throughout the entire process, he maintained a professional yet cheerful demeanor.
