Very responsive to the maintenance requests and I don't have many. Nicely kept grounds. Very quiet space. Management tries to keep community engaged and connected. My only issue is the mandatory trash fee that you cannot opt out of even if you live right next to the dumpster. Trash is not consistently picked up during the days listed. Overall, it is a very nice place to live.

Moved in a few months ago and I've noticed that Trash piles up outside of the dumpsters regularly, valet has picked up our trash maybe one time but continues to charge us for services, people do burnouts and donuts right outside of the complex, Our unit and a few others has no grass in front of it just dirt and rocks and trash. The maintenance team in this complex is very efficient, and attentive. They always take care of whatever needs to be repaired, definitely great attention from them.
