In mid June of 1993, at the age of 23, Brett was determined to start his own business, so he started knocking on doors in the neighborhood. He used no advertising, had no equipment of his own or a truck to drive; he only had the ideal of a business. He rented the equipment, tools and truck daily to service his growing list of customers.
