Ray was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Knew exactly what he was doing.
Just another small pest service. A bit disorganized and rough around the edges. Low prices for a reason. Poor scheduling, poor service, forgetful. Ugh. But, they are cheap. Owner is content to drudge along and enjoy mediocrity. I recommend Senate Termite and Pest a better professional operation. I
We recently had Century Termite inspect for termites and install termite bait/monitoring stations as well as removing and installing new insulation in our attic. Gerald, Ronald and team did an excellent job on the work, they were polite and thorough with good communication and provided all around great service. After this experience we plan to continue going to Century Termite for any related services that we need in the future.
Jeron, with Century Termite and Pest was very knowledgeable about where the mice were getting in. He went to check all areas that I had concerns and showed me areas I didn’t consider. He patiently explained what he was doing and took him time. It did not feel like a rushed job.
