The service itself was very good. Had I known, however, that an exterior quarterly treatment was going to happen yesterday (which was a surprise), I would have arranged for an inside treatment at the same time. A courtesy email/text a week or so in advance would help tremendously

Dwight, Will and Jose were friendly and respectful. If not for our dogs barking (because that's what they do) we never would have known they were working outside. We have not had the opportunity to inspect the work, but we trust that it was well done. We look forward to the installation of bait boxes and the completion of the initial project. Thank you.

The team was on time, very knowledgeable, professional and efficient. They clearly explained the process of removing a very large hornets nest that was hidden between our bushes. I will not hesitate to use Century again and have already recommended the company to a neighbor. Thank you for your excellent service.

5 STAR REVIEW : Andy was great. Very professional and knowledgeable. I raised one concern w/him which is that Century needs to develop a map of traps for each customer. I have to keep track of the trap locations myself because the technicians don't have this information. Seems strange that there isn't a piece of technology for them to have access to that stores this information. There should be an app that captures the location of the traps so that any technician has access to their location -- in case the home owner isn't t... read more

We had found a couple snakes show up in our basement; in the laundry room area. After having 2 other technicians out there from other companies, Eric was the only one that was able to figure out how they were getting in and worked to block the entrance they were using, which was a crack in the driveway that eventually took them down a path to the laundry room. I would recommend Eric without hesitation!!
