We lived here for almost 2 years and we loved it, all the staff was amazing, Marilyn helped us with all our process but they are all really helpful, my daughter enjoyed her time there and made a lot of friends, we were really sad to leave but in general I think it is a great place to live, really nice neighbors, clean pool, nice apartments. Thank you for everything!
This was a nice complex before Woodward property management took over in 2022. After ownership changed, rental prices were raised several hundreds of dollars and the units still look like they did in 2015. These are just overpriced and they have several vacancies for a reason. There’s mold in the apartments, dirty breezeways, feces in the pool, they will tow your visitors cars, charge you for balcony decor, and do multiple apartment inspections a year (5+). If you don’t want to be bothered, rent somewhere else.
