I recently moved here over the weekend! Haley and Autumn were very helpful and thorough through the moving process. I am thankful to be apart such a wonderful and beautiful community.
They could care less about the residents personal belongings when they pressure wash the deck above you, ruining your personal property. Said it wasn't their responsibility to provide a tarp to protect my furniture. Rent somewhere else!
I recently moved to this apartment complex, and the lock on my door is too hard for me to turn. Now they say they will charge me for a new lock. I have a picture of my door frame and you can see they’ve had to do this many many times and they can’t make it right. I am now in fear of my safety because I can’t unlock or lock my door. The maintenance here does not do their job and it’s been awful so far.
One of the best apartment complexes to live at in Fort Mill! Great staff, and great neighbors. I wish I could have found out about this place sooner and lived here since moving to SC.
