James at Century Spring was outstanding at helping me find the spring I had been looking for, I expected help ! but on the weekend ? this surprised me he responded everyday- everytime Sat/Sun .I must say I was shocked it seems like customer service is a lost art and James delivered in every way THANK YOU THANK YOU Mike P
These folks give great service. They have the springs you need and can deliver. I've been a fan since the 1995.
Haven't encountered such amazing customer service in a long time (if ever). I received a response to an inquiry same day on a Saturday; and when it turned out that I had ordered the wrong springs, they immediately helped me figure out which springs were correct and replaced the wrong springs within a few days. All e-mails are responded to within minutes, not hours (or even days). The product was also well-made and specs were exactly as ordered. Can't say enough good things about these guys (thank you James)!
