Been a tenant for 12 months here. At move in I was assigned a parking spot and given passes that I was told were for my visitors. Months later my vehicle was towed from my assigned parking spot. Can't get a hold of them how to time they don't answer the phone they'd never complete repairs how to work order and since November and still can't get a hold of nobody to complete it
Sorry to say I wouldn't rent any of their property. Have the staff look like they on something. They like damaging your credit when they feel like. They damage my credit for nothing. Telling the courts in 2018 and 2019 that I owe them $2500 twice for only $25. They don't even call you to inform you nothing. So when you move out they lying to the courts on you and make sure you never get a notification on the court date. I wouldn't give time or day on their properies.
Very greet experience so far. MS Sam Made me feel comfortable and they work with u.
