I've only been a tenant for about a week, but all the little issues I've found they've gotten taken care of ASAP! Whenever I call, they're SO friendly and if they don't know the answer to my question, thru get it and return the call FAST! I'm SO happy I find them! Too many slumlords in my past. I just finished my first year renting with Century Property and it has been a good one! They are really on the ball with communication, handling maintenance issues, and making sure that their residents are taken care of. Everyone on there team is very nice and professional. This company could care less about people they just want the money! Over the weekend we went to go see a property that my family and I fell in love with. Did everything fast over the weekend we got the application taken care of and Monday I received a text AND an email about our app and if we paid the app fee and got an email requesting documents.
