No company is perfect, then again no person is perfect either. My place was a mess, not hoarder clutter but depression clutter. I wanted to be there for the annual inspection but work had sent me three hours away and kept me out all day. They worked with me and we got the inspection done despite my absence. The only problem I was told I had was an overdue air filter swap. Good folks, understanding.
I can not speak highly enough of the professionalism Century Properties has shown us over the many years we have been tenant's! Recently our entire basement flooded and they were quick to all services from plumbing to carpet.
Absolutely, best property management company! I am regional property manager myself and their customer service is beyond exceptional! I work from home and Josh came and inspected our home, took note of a few minor issues we had. He was fast and efficient which is something I truly appreciate with my busy work schedule.
