Very rude, unwillingly to understand, will not tell me why im not approved prior to this. only positive thing is they come quick when it’s time to fix things other than that I wouldn’t recommend, they gave us dirty carpet when we first moved in
I’ve lived in one of their houses for over a year and it not even two weeks into living there we found out it was infested with mice. We asked on the tour if they had any history with mice and he said no but later when we asked the neighbors who’d lived here for a year they told us that this had been an ongoing issue. Thank you for helping us find somewhere so quickly! We were in a situation from a previous landlord that left us without a home and this management worked diligently to get us in to a new home. It's been a year now and any time we've put in a maintenance request it's don't almost immediately. We appreciate everything you have done for us!
