I can not speak highly enough of the professionalism Century Properties has shown us over the many years we have been tenant's! Recently our entire basement flooded and they were quick to all services from plumbing to carpet.
Absolutely, best property management company! I am regional property manager myself and their customer service is beyond exceptional! I work from home and Josh came and inspected our home, took note of a few minor issues we had. He was fast and efficient which is something I truly appreciate with my busy work schedule. I started renting one of their properties back in July. This is my first home and the first management property that I have rented from. Century Property has been nothing but great! Any service request I have, they get back to me within a day. If I have any issues, they are on top of it! If you are looking to rent any of their properties, don't hesitate to rent from them! They are truly great and their communication is too!
Can’t thank Josh enough for the work he’s done on our new house!! He spent the last 2 days busting his butt in the 100 degree weather to get the house looking great. He took out a bunch of trees in front of the house and cleaned up the back yard really nice. Have nothing but great things to say about Josh and his work. Thanks again man!
