units are severely overpriced, overcharges for water utility. continually cockroach infested, have had bed bugs multiple times from communal laundry. water and air conditioning are guaranteed to not work for multiple days in a row every month. property poorly maintained. building has been condemned in the past for structural problems. black mold is present. doors and windows are not sealed properly and allow bugs inside during night. DO NOT RENT HERE nor any property owned by G&B
