Again another major robbery Y is it that u put up signs or a supposed cámara over the dumpster for garbage yet for our safety as tenants or safety for our properties yhu won’t it cámaras up. I don't even know where to begin...Where I live has had their share of management...but this company by far is terrible. They dont care about tenants rights, they dont care about the safety of their tenants...Our managers answer for everything is call the police..... He never answers the phone so we communicate via email...Once Covid-19 is over ...I will be reaching out to HUD and RI Housing anyone who will listen and can help me...
Worst management ever. Not going into details. I just say, buyer beware.
Tenants have little to no voice regarding decisions.
Fix their AC !!! People have been without AC for more than a year. That’s inhumane in my opinion!
Why isn't the manager in jail he's obviously a crook fix the AC!!!!
Hired an idiot for supervisor, I have to walk him home because of being scared at night to walk home many witnesses. Put him up against real danger and see how he react.
They take their time fixing things It's too hot for my mother to be without air conditioning. Y'all need to tighten up. It's been a week. She's diabetic. She can't be without air!!!! Y'all want that rent tho!! She's been a resident for 15 years. Smh
