No place to park if you're a resident. During the day when people are at work theres parking aplenty.. but if you arrive at night while everyone is home, you will see no spot for you to park. If u decide to park in the "no parking" areas you will be towed. I was told there isnt enough parking for all residents and thus its first come first serve. Come take a gander at the parking around 11pm Sun-Th and youll see what I mean. The exit gate is almost always open.
