Sofia gave us a tour when we were searching for an apartment. She was kind, friendly, and knowledgeable! She was able to answer all of our questions and made us feel at home, and she went out of her way to tell us when the best time to visit would be to make sure we had time to see all of the amenities! She is a great representation for the Trees of Gainesville.

The fire alarm keeps going off in the 1300 building. About 7 weeks ago for 3 weeks straight it went off and we were told it was being taken care of and fixed. Then this morning at 12:40 it goes off again, same building. Of course there’s no management on the complex or number to call them.
For three weeks in a row the fire alarm for the whole building had gone off. We were told it is because the water room is overheating. We have had issues with the water pipes making noises since movie in it took them for months to fix that now the fire alarm is going off every week it is 230 in the morning if you work and need sleep do not move here !!
I have lived here for only a few months, and during that time I was very satisfied and happy living here. That was before I learned of all the crime and how there have been numerous car break-ins before I arrived. Today this happened to me, I only found out about these past incidents because the officer who was doing my incident report told me how often he had to come to the ToG. I thought this neighborhood was safe because of the gates, and “courtesy officer”but that's not enough to defer these unresolved problems. After al... read more
