I normally do my own nails but I wanted to treat myself to a birthday set. The appointment seemed a little rushed and it kind of shows in the work but the experience was great. the woman doing my nails was very nice.
I had high hopes for this salon because the space itself is beautiful very clean, well-maintained, and the chairs are extremely comfortable. Unfortunately, my experience with the service did not match the environment. My nail tech was not welcoming at all and made me feel uncomfortable and uninvited throughout the appointment. I got my nails done 3 weeks ago and I told the lady at seat 20 that she needed to paint my nails on the side and she said she was and didn’t I usually get ombré and there is a color pink that they filled my nails with that was darker and labeled number 2 I asked her why she wasn’t using it and she said next time and used a regular light pink that is for a regular fill. I'm so Happy I found this place! Jessica did an amazing job on my nails and Pedi. The salon is so nice and big! I will definitely be back
