My quality of life has been horrible since living here. To be awoken at 7 am, almost every morning by a 200+ pound man jumping rope, running and dropping weights has my anxiety on high. I have complained several times and months later it is still happening.

Maintainence is very poor. They claim to come perform service requests and do not actually complete tasks and then put in the system that these work orders are complete. You have to call at least three to four times/input online to SOMEWHAT have someone come out to NOT do their job correctly. If you report it to management, they will act like they care and not follow through. This is the worst apartment I ever stayed! Just stay out of this community! Community with a lot of cigarettes puffs , people don’t use ash tray they just throw the cigarette after smoking from their balcony!!

I LOVE IT HERE!!! GREAT STAFF AND MAINTENANCE PEOPLE AS WELL!! GREAT AMENITIES AND FRIENDLY NEIGHBORS!!! CLOSE TO EVERYTHING!!! POSSIBLY ONE OF THE BEAT LOCATIONS IN CHARLOTTE FOR BEING ABLE TO MOVE AROUND! VERY UPSCALE!!
