We,are very disappointed with Ryan. We trusted Century Heating and Cooling with our HVAC needs. At first, Ryan was very responsive and helpful, and we were very pleased. He then continued to lie and did not show up on many occasions. He promised us a new thermostat for over a year and didn't fulfill his promise. His word means nothing. He then sent his son after many, no-shows for the long overdue service to our unit. Only to come here without the proper equipment and unprepared. I would not recommend them at all.

Ethan did a great job. They he even came and fixed my air conditioner on a weekend. I will recommend this company to anyone. I'm confused by some of the bad reviews because I did not experience anything negative at all

Very poor integrity, company stated they would be at a job Friday, no call no show. Reached out and they said they will be there Monday. Monday comes, no call no show. Called and they state be there Tuesday. Not reliable , rude and does not account for others and their time.

Ryan has been very responsive and prompt with service on our A/C unit. Happy to have him as a much-needed resource nearby.

I thought i had a chirping smoke detector. I talked to Ryan on the phone and he guided me to rule out a few possibilities. We discovered it wasn't my smoke detector at all but my carbon monoxide detector. I replaced two batteries, fixed the problem and there was no charge for the brief telephone consultation. I appreciate his kindness and service!
