I guess they folded - no one will take a call to service the unit I had installed in November. Disappointing.
If I could give them a negative 10 I would !!!! Used them for a Motel have several rooms heat units not working and he has had my units for several months and will not bring them back or will not take my calls !!! If you are looking to throw money away !!! This is your guy !!!
We had our new air and heating system put in over a year ago and it’s awesome. Every person I speak with, both on the phone and in person are so helpful. We are beyond happy with the system and service. Had Jeff come today for our scheduled maintenance. He answered all my questions, and asked if I had any concerns. He made a few adjustments in flow to rooms and changed our filter as well as did the check up on both air and furnace. This company wants to be sure you’re satisfied with everything!
Have always had good service at reasonable prices from Century Heating & Cooling , and this time was no different. Jeff was on time, friendly, knowledgeable, and informative about potential products and solutions without being pushy. I also recommend their Maintenance Agreement, it's a pretty good deal!
Jeff came out to service our unit today. He was very thorough on troubleshooting possible issues as to why our unit was overheating. He presented several options without any pressure. All the guys we have worked with over the past couple of years at Century Heating & Cooling have been wonderful to work with.
