This company has placed 49 robocalls to my phone in the past two weeks. They did not identify themselves on caller ID. Why would anyone want to do business with scumbags that knowingly and willfully break the law? I have turned them into the FTC.
Customer Service is unprofessional and very rude
This must be the worst company I have ever dealt with. Sold me a policy stating I did not have to change doctors. Three weeks later, more than 5 hours of documented calls, and all they do is push you from one person to another. Have tried to get it escalated, but the managers never ((never) call you back.
