I moved in the galleria parc on July 30 23 and in my opinion my apartment was not ready. I had old rusted sinks, the lining of the shower was filthy. I had a draw that was broken in my master bath; so from day one I was doing maintenance request. I'm not sure if Management even did a final walk thru... but my biggest issue is my second bedroom has a foul urine smell. I’ve lived in this community for over two years now and going to renew for a third — that alone should say something! The property is well-kept with routine maintenance throughout the week, and the grounds are always clean and inviting. I especially appreciate the valet trash service — it adds a layer of convenience I didn’t realize I needed until I had it. One of the standout features for me is the spacious floor plans. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot say enough good things about Dania at the Galleria Parc Apartments. Her customer service is truly exceptional. When I was going through a difficult time, I shared it with her, and she not only listened with genuine care but also went out of her way to make accommodations that helped me get through it. On top of that, any time there’s a maintenance issue—especially when my A.C. went out—she made sure someone was on-site within an hour or two and had everything up and running the same day. I am going on my 3rd year of living here. The negative reviews shown here I find unfounded. The Manager is exceptional and always has an open door to any concerns. Best news if that should a problem exist, maintenance takes care of the situation as soon as possible. The assistant managers are warm and friendly. In the event the Manager is off property, they jump in to continue the Manager’s great service. I shopped everywhere in the Galleria area. I found Galleria Parc to be the most affordable in the area.
