I moved into this apartment in May and have been very satisfied with the service provided by Dania and Christian, who have been very welcoming. I would also like to thank the maintenance team for promptly resolving the repair issue in my unit.

I moved in the galleria parc on July 30 23 and in my opinion my apartment was not ready. I had old rusted sinks, the lining of the shower was filthy. I had a draw that was broken in my master bath; so from day one I was doing maintenance request. I'm not sure if Management even did a final walk thru... but my biggest issue is my second bedroom has a foul urine smell. I have reported it to the office and they finally got new carpet and padding. That didn't help so they had me to put an air purification machine in the for a co... read more
I’ve lived in this community for over two years now and going to renew for a third — that alone should say something! The property is well-kept with routine maintenance throughout the week, and the grounds are always clean and inviting. I especially appreciate the valet trash service — it adds a layer of convenience I didn’t realize I needed until I had it. One of the standout features for me is the spacious floor plans.
