Moved out in August 2025 and never received my security deposit. After multiple follow-ups, I was given inconsistent information and promised a refund by late December. It’s now February with no deposit and no explanation. Very unprofessional move-out process.
This is a great property. Very attentive management and maintenance staff.
I'll keep it simple. Nice apartment, great location in the Loop, staff is friendly, responsive and actually helpful, which makes a big difference. Everything is well taken care of, and its nice being in the Galleria area without breaking the bank. 100% Recommend
I was a former resident and had a great experience living there. stylish apartment, the Staff was always friendly, helpful, and professional, which made everything easy during my time at the community. The location in the loop is a huge plus, and reasonable price considering the area. Definitely recommend this complex to anyone looking for a great place to live.
