In June 2022, my Mother purchased carpet from Century Floors in ******. She purchased a carpet with a short pile and a pad in case she had a fall while using her ****** across the carpet. A month passed before the owner returned from being out of the country and installation was scheduled. Carpet install was a breeze. 2nd go-round the demo’s 2 bathrooms and left us with 2 new gorgeous bathrooms! Their crew was neat and meticulous! Thanks a million!
The color of our new wood floor did not match the existing floor. Also there were so many rough spots, the floor is not smooth like it’s supposed to be. The day that I paid the boss guys (forgot his name), I expressed to him my concerns. He said he’ll send his guys out to fix the next day. Well it has been months now and nobody showed up to fix my floor. I definitely regretted choosing them to install my floor.
Excellent company to work with. Great customer service and they work very quickly and did a great job installing my new floors.
